Um sorry for the million qhestions but
1:What do you mean by set?
2: do I have to make up a Region?
3:Why isn´t Riulo aloud?

1. Set is how much games you want to play... read the *** at the bottom of the example of the register page...
2. if you choose 2 (in region), then yes... but maybe other poeple wont join

3. Riolu is a special starter, which you use only if all the starters are taken... and he is... but if you choose a special starter, most likely it will be level 1, and not level 5 like a lab starter
